Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface spiral grooved pipe which is a heat transfer pipe for a heat exchanger in which an inner surface spiral groove with a large twist angle is formed on a pipe material made from an aluminium alloy, and which generates neither crack nor break even when a hairpin bend portion is formed.SOLUTION: An aluminum inner surface spiral grooved pipe 10 is provided with a plurality of twist flow passages communicating in a length direction, on an inner peripheral surface 10b of a pipe body 10A. On the inner peripheral surface 10b of the pipe body 10A, a spiral weld line WL extending in the length direction is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
