To provide a suspension device capable of selecting more suitable damping force.SOLUTION: More suitable damping force can be selected and vehicle riding comfort can be improved because of varying respective frequency regions of a low frequency region L(t), an intermediate frequency region M(t), a high frequency region H(t), and a frequency region S(t) suppressing the high frequency region H(t) in accordance with an input condition (input frequency and amplitude), and determining damping force which a damper 4 must generate on he basis of a frequency region associated with the input condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
