Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous makeup removing composition that brings about an excellent effect of removing oil stains such as makeup, has excellent storage stability, and that contains substantially no water-soluble polyhydric alcohol or sugar alcohol.SOLUTION: The aqueous makeup removing composition comprises the following components (A) and (B) as well as water and the slope of the linear function obtained from L*value at 50°C±2°C and L*value at 23°C±2°C is greater than 10 and less than or equal to 89. Component (A) 3.0 to 5.0% by mass of polyoxyethylene (caprylic/capric acid) glyceryl having an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide of 6 to 8. Component (B) one or more selected from sodium glutamate, sodium hydrogencarbonate, magnesium sulfate, sodium acetate, calcium chloride, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, monosodium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, disodium phosphate, tartaric acid and citric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
