Abstract:
To provide a control system capable of controlling power consumption more accurately according to weather change at a low cost.SOLUTION: A luminaire 100 has an illuminance measurement unit 110 for measuring a first illuminance of sunlight at a first point, and a second illuminance of sunlight at a second point, and a detector 112 for detecting decrease in the first illuminance and second illuminance due to cloud. A server 200 has a time of arrival prediction part 211 for predicting the arrival time of cloud to a house, on the basis a first decrease time when decrease of the first illuminance is detected, a second decrease time when decrease of the second illuminance is detected, the first distance of the first and second points, and the second distance of a house where a photovoltaic power generation facility is installed and the first or second point. A control arrangement 500 controls operation of an electrical machine on the basis of the predicted arrival time, by using electrical energy generated by the photovoltaic power generation facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
