Abstract:
To provide a seat structure which can prevent the unlock of a slide lock member at a side face collision of a vehicle by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A seat structure 1 comprises: a seat rail 2 having a lower rail 3 and an upper rail 4; a slide lock member 5; and a rail upper member 7 fixed to an upper part of the upper rail 4. The upper rail 4 has an opening part 411 which opens upward of the slide lock member 5. The slide lock member 5 is arranged in a range between a lock position of the upper rail 4 by turning it to the inside of the vehicle in the seat rail 2, and an unlock position of the upper rail 4 by turning it to the outside of the vehicle so as to be turnable. The rail upper member 7 has a displacement regulation part 71 for regulating the displacement of the slide lock member 5 from the lock position by being inserted into the seat rail 2 from the opening part 411 of the upper rail 4 due to the displacement of the rail upper member 7 to the inside of the vehicle by a side face collision, and abutting on an outside face of the vehicle of the slide lock member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
