Abstract:
To provide a semipermeable membrane support body that resolves a failure due to flexure in a width direction of a membrane filter when transporting a roll in a step of forming a semipermeable membrane and a step of processing an element.SOLUTION: A semipermeable membrane support body is made of a nonwoven fabric obtained by containing at least a main body synthetic fiber and a binder synthetic fiber.
