Abstract:
To provide a cutter bit device and a cutter bit changing device that can easily replace a cutter bit by working on a single shaft.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a cutter pedestal 12 that supports a cutter bit 11 and is configured to be inserted into a mounting hole 21 formed in a cutter head from a rear side in the axial direction, a first fixing member 13 in which a male screw screwed into a female screw formed in the mounting hole 21 is formed on an outer periphery and which fixes the cutter pedestal 12 in the radial direction, the circumferential direction, and the axial direction of the cutter head 2 by tightening into the mounting hole 21, a detent member 14 for fixing the cutter pedestal 12 around the axis of the mounting hole 21 by fitting into the mounting hole 21 from the rear side in the axial direction, and a second fixing member 15 having on the outer periphery the male screw formed to be screwed into the female screw formed in the mounting hole 21 and preventing the detent member 14 from falling off by tightening into the mounting hole 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
