Abstract:
To provide a system for keeping a flavor of a food product, and preserving a food product with sanitation, with a simple handling method.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a food preservation system, the system comprises: a preservation part 1 for preserving bread F; and a control part 2 for controlling an environment in the preservation part 1. The preservation part 1 comprises: an air supply part 11 for taking air from an external part of the preservation part 1; an air discharge part 12 discharging air in the food product preservation part. The control part 2 comprises an air control part 21 controlling an air flow of air in the preservation part 1, and the air supply part 11 and the air discharge part 12 are coupled through the air control part 21, in the food preservation system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
