Abstract:
To sufficiently cool or dry with a blower fan each of work-pieces organized in a batch.SOLUTION: A batch organizing plan formation device, which forms a batch organizing plan for work-pieces to be thrown into a batch processing step in which a plurality of work-pieces are batch-processed using a batch processing device and a blower fan installed in correspondence with the batch processing device, comprises: a storage unit that stores batch processing device information including fan capacity, which is entire capacity of the blower fan; a storage unit that stores respective pieces of work-piece information of the plurality of work-pieces, including a fan load that is capacity of the blower fan, which is required by each of the plurality of work-pieces taken out from the batch processing device; an assigning unit that assigns work-pieces to a batch furnace such that total of fan loads on work-pieces assigned to the batch processing device on the basis of the batch processing device information and the work-piece information among the plurality of work-pieces is lower than the fan capacity; and a batch registration unit that registers, as a batch organization, all the work-pieces assigned to the batch furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
