Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with a single-layered photosensitive layer, which offers superior wear resistance and good electrical properties.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor provided herein comprises a support body and a single-layered photosensitive layer provided on the support body, the photosensitive layer containing a binder resin, a charge generating material, an electron transport material, a hole transport material, a terphenyl compound, and silica particles, where the silica particles are surface-treated with a silane coupling agent selected from a group consisting of a silane coupling agent having an alkoxy group represented by a formula (1) below, a silane coupling agent having an aryl group represented by a formula (2) below, and a silane coupling agent having a vinyl group represented by a formula (3) below.SELECTED DRAWING: None
