Abstract:
To make it possible to manage a device connected to a business store terminal and increase the efficiency of business related to the device.SOLUTION: A device control system 10 includes a GW server 100 which comprises: a storage device 101 for storing identification information in roles for an inquiry transaction and a transaction using a specific device possessed by each business store terminal 20; and a calculation device 104 for receiving a requirement of the inquiry transaction via a WEB browser of the business store terminal 20 from a WEB server, creating a telephone message by imparting the inquiry transaction identification information of the business store terminal 20 to the requirement, acquiring a result by transmitting the telephone message to a host, returning it to the WEB browser of the business store terminal 20 via the WEB server, receiving a requirement of a device use transaction from the WEB server via the WEB browser of the business store terminal 20, creating a telephone message by imparting the device use transaction identification information of the business store terminal 20 to the requirement, acquiring a result by transmitting the telephone message to the host, and returning it to the WEB browser of the business store terminal 20 via the WEB server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
