Abstract:
To provide a bearing component life diagnostic method and a bearing component life diagnostic device each of which materializes improved life estimation accuracy by highly accurately estimating micro stress, and a bearing component life diagnostic program.SOLUTION: At least either a step which obtains composite stress of a bearing component for test or a step which obtains composite stress of a bearing component for diagnosis includes a step which obtains micro stress by numerical calculation using measurement data of a surface shape of the bearing component. The step which obtains micro stress by numerical calculation includes: a step which obtains load-sharing rate expressing ratio by which the micro contact portion bears burden load out of burden load on the contact portion; and a step which obtains micro stress on the basis of load obtained by multiplying the burden load on the contact portion by the load-sharing rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
