Abstract:

To provide a filter for extract extraction for improving a bottom structure of a filter surface in a metallic mesh filter, for extracting coffee or the like at greater level, and development of a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A filter 1 for extract extraction of the present invention is configured so that: a support material 3 for maintaining a downward-narrowed shape of a filter main body 2 is provided on at least a bottom 2B of the filter main body 2; the support material 3 for supporting the bottom 2B of the filter main body 2 has a filtration promotion opening 34 greater than a particle size of an extraction raw material P; and the filtration promotion opening 34 has the stretched filter main body 2 for inhibiting passage of fine powder of the extraction raw material P. In addition, the filter main body 2 is preferably formed into a substantially truncated cone shape by folding a flat-shaped mesh W0 being formed into a plane extension shape in which two substantially isosceles trapezoids are arranged in bilateral symmetric state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
