Abstract:
To shorten a tact time while improving traceability in a surface mounting machine which performs predetermined analysis relating to components on the basis of image data.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a surface mounting machine 1, by which a component E is held and mounted on a substrate P, comprising a substrate imaging camera 16 including an FPGA 15B for processing image data, and a control section 30. In the surface mounting machine 1, the FPGA 15B executes: analysis processing (S103) for performing predetermined analysis relating to the component E on the basis of the image data; result transmission processing (S104) for transmitting an analysis result of the analysis processing to the control section 30; and image transmission processing (S108) for transmitting the image data to the control section 30 after the result transmission processing. The control section 30 executes: control processing (S105) for controlling operation of the surface mounting machine 1 on the basis of the analysis result; and storage processing (S109) for storing in a storage section 33 the image data received from the FPGA 15B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
