Abstract:
To provide a press forming analysis method, a press forming analysis device and a press forming analysis program which estimates an influence of shape variation when press forming is performed by using a blank picked from a metal plate having shape variation.SOLUTION: A press forming analysis method includes a standard press-formed article shape acquiring step S1 which performs press-forming analysis by using a flat blank model 3, and acquires press-formed article shape after releasing as a standard press formed article shape 5, a shape variation blank model producing step S3 which produces a shape variation blank model 7, a shape variation blank press-formed article shape acquiring step S5 which performs press forming analysis by using the shape variation blank model 7 and acquires press-formed article shape after releasing as a shape variation blank press-formed article shape 9, and a deviation quantity acquiring step S7 which compares the standard press formed article shape 5 and the shape variation blank press-formed article shape 9 to determine a portion on which both shapes are deviated from each other and the deviation quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
