Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to achieve energy savings. An illumination control system (1) controls a plurality of illumination loads (5). The plurality of illumination loads (5) radiate light to a space in which a plurality of persons are present. The illumination control system (1) comprises an acquisition unit (64), a determination unit (65), and an illumination control unit (41). The acquisition unit (64) acquires information pertaining to an index for the number of persons that are present in each of a plurality of areas included in the space. On the basis of the index, the determination unit (65) determines some of the plurality of areas as a dimming area in which illuminance is to be reduced. The illumination control unit (41) reduces the illuminance of an illumination load (5) that illuminates the dimming area among the plurality of illumination loads (5).
