Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of crystal growth, and in particular to a weighing-based piezoelectric crystal growth device and a working method. The device comprises a balance lever (3) disposed on a crystal growth furnace; a fulcrum (12) is provided under the balance lever (3); a rotating motor (2) is installed below the balance lever (3) on the left side of the fulcrum (12); the lower part of the rotating motor (2) is connected to a seed crystal rod (13); on the lower end of the seed crystal rod (13) is a seed crystal (14); a linear guide track (11) is installed above the balance lever (3) on the right side of the fulcrum (12); a slider (10) is installed on the linear guide track (11); a counterweight (9) can be placed on the slider (10); a motor (5) located on the left side of the linear guide track (11) is further installed above the balance lever (3) on the right side of the fulcrum (12); the motor (5) is connected to a lead screw (7) by means of a coupling (6); and the lead screw (7) is connected to a lead screw nut (8) and fixed to the slider (10).
