Abstract:
To provide a hinge cap capable of preventing damage to a hinge with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A hinge cap 1 has a cap body 4, and a lid 5 openably attached to the cap body 4, in which the cap body 4 has a detaching member 13 surrounded by a breakable weakened portion 12, and a spout is formed in the cap body 4 when the weakened portion 12 is broken and the detaching member 13 is detached. The lid 5 has a lid body 28 provided on the cap body 4 via a hinge 27, and an opening knob 29 held by a lid body 28 and rotatable in a circumferential direction, in which a first engaging portion 25 is formed on the detaching member 13 and a second engaging portion 45 is formed on the opening knob 29, and rotational force of the opening knob 29 is added to the detaching member 13 via the first and second engaging portions 25, 45 because the second engaging portion 45 engages with the first engaging portion 25 in a rotational direction when the opening knob 29 rotates in a state where the lid 5 is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
