Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a steel plate which can manufacture a steel plate that suppresses a part having a problem of hardness in quality on an object surface, a method for manufacturing a steel pipe, an apparatus for manufacturing a steel plate, and a program.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel plate includes: a rolling step S3 of control-rolling a slab; a cooling step S5 of control-cooling the control-rolled steel plate; a plastic deformation step S6 of repeatedly plastically deforming the control-cooled steep plate, and thereby adjusting a stress state of a surface layer of the steel plate including the surface of the steel plate; a hardness measurement step S7 of measuring hardness of the surface performed in the plastic deformation step S6; a hardness determination step S8 of determining a part where the hardness exceeds a predetermined threshold as a hardness defective part on the basis of the measurement result in the hardness measurement step S7; and a removal step S11 of removing the hardness defective part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
