Abstract:
To provide a fan filter unit which prevents a fall of dust adhering to a suction face into a room, in the exhaust FFU installed at a ceiling part.SOLUTION: In an exhaust fan filter unit attached to a ceiling part, and having a fan 3a and a filter 4, dust fall prevention means for preventing a fall of dust adhering to the filter 4 at an operation stop is arranged below the filter 4, and the dust fall prevention means makes two pieces of punching plates 5, 6 having opening parts 21 relatively movable, makes the opening parts of the two pieces of punching plates alternately arranged at the operation stop, prevents a fall of the dust by closing a suction port, moves the two pieces of punching plates to a position in which the opening parts are overlapped on each other during its operation, and makes air pass the suction port by releasing the suction port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
