Abstract:
To provide an optical structure capable of easily suppressing variations in a color change within a view angle while maintaining good display quality in a frontal view of a display device.SOLUTION: An optical structure 100 includes a high refractive index layer 102 and a low refractive index layer 103 deposited on the high refractive index layer 102 and having a refractive index lower than that of the high refractive index layer 102, and is disposed on a display screen 15A of a display device 10. An interface between the high refractive index layer 102 and the low refractive index layer 103 has a rugged shape 120, and a recess 121 and a protrusion 122 in the rugged shape 120 have flat part 121A and 122A, respectively, extending in a plane direction of the high refractive index layer 102 and the low refractive index layer 103. A side face 120S of the rugged shape 120, extending between the flat part 121A of the recess 121 and the flat part 122A of the protrusion 122 forms a curved or bent face that is convex from the high refractive index layer 102 side to the low refractive index layer 103 side. The low refractive index layer 103 is disposed to oppose to the side of the display device 10 where the display screen 15A is present.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
