Abstract:
To carry out structural analysis for an architectural structure using a structure calculation model with a practical and simplified premise.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a structure calculation support apparatus for carrying out structural analysis of an architectural structure by a finite element method. The apparatus models the architectural structure by, in one element of the architectural structure to be modeled, using a third stiffness matrix generated by adding up components located in the same position on the matrixes of a first stiffness matrix generated by performing wall element replacement with a vertical wall pillar, and a second stiffness matrix generated by performing wall element replacement with a horizontal wall pillar perpendicular to the vertical wall pillar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
