Abstract:
To provide a robot in which axis deviation of a shaft member involved in rotation of a first member and a second member can be reduced.SOLUTION: A robot comprises: a first member which has a protrusion, and rotates around a first shaft; a second member which is connected to the first member, and rotates around a second shaft; a drive unit which rotationally drives the second member around the second shaft; and a transmission mechanism which transmits output of the drive unit to the second member. The transmission mechanism has: a shaft member which is rotated around the first shaft by output of the drive unit; a first bearing which is located between the shaft member and the protrusion, rotates around the first shaft, and supports the shaft member; a first bevel gear provided at one end of the shaft member; and a second bevel gear which meshes with the first bevel gear, and transmits output of the drive unit to the second member. The shaft member has a recess which opens to one end side of the shaft member and in which the protrusion is inserted. The first bearing is located between an inner peripheral portion of the recess and the protrusion, and on the other end side of the shaft member with respect to the first bevel gear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
