To provide a digital seal system which allows a user to easily confirm who puts a seal for what.SOLUTION: A digital seal system 100 comprises a user terminal 110 and a server 120. The user terminal or server determines the presence/absence of a sealing operation on a digital page (DP) or a digital file displayed on the user terminal, generates a two-dimensional code CD or one-dimensional code on the basis of access destination information to the digital page or digital file or information about contents of the digital page or digital file when there is the sealing operation, and generates image data ST with name and code by forming a set of the generated two-dimensional code or one-dimensional code and user name information UN of the user terminal or digital seal data DS of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
