Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based adhesive having excellent adhesiveness to an adherend, especially a polycarbonate base material and having a high refractive index, to provide an adhesive sheet for an optical member and to provide a polyester-based adhesive composition.SOLUTION: A polyester-based adhesive, which is composed of [I] an adhesive composition containing (A) a polyester-based resin, has an adhesive strength (α) as given below of 10 N/25 mm or more and a refractive index of 1.530 or more. The adhesive strength (α): when a polyester-based adhesive is formed on a base material into an adhesive sheet, 180 degree peeling strength (N/25 mm) at a peeling speed of 300 mm per minute for an adherend in a measurement after the lapse of 24 hours after attaching the adhesive sheet to an adherend of a polycarbonate plate and subjecting the same to autoclave treatment at 50°C and 0.5 MPa for 20 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: None
