Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a foot easily to an expander type grid body by using a small punching edge in forming a netted grid mesh which is positioned at the lowest part in case of forming a net shaped grid mesh with the expanding work of a belt shaped sheet made of lead or lead alloy. CONSTITUTION:A main frame 17 at the lower part is formed to the width of 5-6mm. in advances as well as a small punching edge is used for the formation of a netted grid mesh A positioned at the lowest part, in case of forming a netted grid mesh with an expanding work of a belt shaped sheet made of lead or lead alloy using a recipro type expander. Thereafter netted grid meshes B, C, D are fomed by the small pnching edge. The expand type continuous grid body 18 thus formed is punched with a cutter 19 or cut by a cutting, etc. and an expand type grid body having a foot 20 is completed.
