Abstract:
Equipment for carrying out chemical reactions consists of bundles of filled vertical tubes into which at least one liq. is introduced and from which at least one gaseous prod. and at least one liq. prod. are withdrawn. In operation the tubes and the space above the tubes are filled with liq., the level of the liq. is controlled by withdrawing the liq. prod. at the bottom of the equipment.
