Abstract:
A thiazolidine derivative of the general formula, is a cyclohexane ring having an oxo or hydroxyl group as a substituent on any of the methylene groups constituting the ring and R is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, is a novel compound and is useful as, for example, remedies for diabetes, hyperlipemia and so on of mammals including human beings.
