Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R1 and R2 are lower alkyl; R3 is H or methyl), and its salt. EXAMPLE:6-(2-Amino-2-phenylacetamido)penicillanoyloxymethyl 2beta-(4,5-dimethoxycarbonyl-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl-2alpha-methylpe nam-3alpha-carboxylate-1,1-dioxide. hydrochloride. USE:An antibacterial agent against bacteria capable of producing beta-lactamase. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II (M is H or metal) is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III (X is halogen) in an inert solvent such as preferably DMF, etc. in the presence of an alkali reaction auxiliary such as sodium hydrogencarbonate, etc., and, if necessary, subjected to a salt-forming reaction, to give a compound shown by the formula I . The compound shown by the formula III is a novel substance, and obtained through a compound shown by the formula IV.
