Abstract:
PURPOSE:To unnecessitate stirring blades and to mix particulate matter of a finished product uniformly without causing mingling of impurities by forming spiral projected and recessed line grooves capable of fluidizing the particulate matter upwards on an internal wall surface of a vessel obtd. by squeezing a bottom of a cylindrical body conically. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal force is generated when a vessel 1 contg. plural kinds of particulate matter having different quality to each other is revolved by driving a motor 15. A rising vector exerts on the prticulate matter by the effect of centrifugal force, so the particulate matter is swirled along spiral projected and recessed line grooves 4 formed on the whole periphery of the internal wall of the vessel 1 except the conical bottom 2 and top of the cylindrical part 3 of the vessel 1, and rises up, then are turned over and fallen down at the top end of the groove 4. The particulate matter turned over at an upper whole periphery of the cylindrical part 3 of the vessel 1 is fallen while causing mixing of the particulate matter generating vortex flow. Particulate matters consisting of different kinds of particulate matter are mixed uniformly during the repetition of the swirling motion consisting of the rising flow and falling flow, and discharged from a discharging port at an end of the bottom 2 of the conical part.
