Abstract:
The enamel coating for a cooking utensil comprises a first layer of enamel (7) covered in the bottom region (1) by a second layer of enamel (3) itself covered by a third noncontinuous layer of enamel (4) forming a decoration applied by soak screen printing after drying of the first layer, these three layers (7, 3, 4) being obtained from an enamel frit and being baked simultaneously. The two layers of enamel (3, 4) containing ballotini (5, 6) at least some of which have a diameter greater than the thickness of these layers of enamel and project from the surface of these layers, some of the ballotini (6) of the noncontinuous layer (4) resting on the ballotini (5) of the second layer (3). The layer (3) additionally contains heat-conductive flakes. Use for increasing the wear resistance of enamel coatings and their thermal conductivity.
