Abstract:
Airtight rotating joint. composed of a fixed part and of a rotating one both equipped with an axial conduit (3, 8, 23, 17) ending in a chamber (5,19), rendered airtight and separated from the outside by means of a second pressurizable chamber (9, 26).The joint is particularly suited to equipments where high-purity materials have to be handled.
