Abstract:
PURPOSE:To avoid automatically an operation with a head that gives an evil effect to a water turbine by setting an operation allowance head for the water turbine and controlling the head within said allowance range. CONSTITUTION:The 1st adder/subtractor 20 subtracts the discharge yard signal and the loss water head compensation signal from the set value signal given from a water level setting device 10 to obtain a deviation signal (effective head). This deviation signal is supplied to a comparison operator 28 and compared with the set value signals set by the upper and lower limit head setting devices 24 and 26. Then the 2nd adder/subtractor 22 subtracts the output signal of the operator 28 from the set signal of the device 10 to obtain an actual water level set value signal. This level set value signal is supplied to the 3rd adder/subtractor 18 together with the upper tank level signal. Then a load controller is controlled via a controller 12 by the deviation between both signals. Thus the upper tank can be kept at a fixed level.
