Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve considerably both the test accuracy and the control performance of the titled tester by using an automatic simulator which performs a simulated drive test of a mobile machine. CONSTITUTION:A primary controller 1 controls an operation system for mobile machine by setting the operating conditions and securing various types of interlock. A CPU2 and an inductive radio device 3 provided to the controller 1 form a closed transmission loop together with an operating unit 4 and an operation command unit 5. Here both direction and speed commands of the CPU2 are received and at the same time various direction and speed commands corresponding to a fact that the mobile machine is driven are sent to the CPU2 in a prescribed procedure. Thus an automatic and simulated drive test is carried out for the mobile machine by an automatic simulator 10. Then said two commands are given to the simulator 10, and plural pulse signals corresponding to the actual speeds are delivered from a pulse oscillating circuit. A simulated speed signal is outputted with an AND between the reverse signal of the speed command and said pulse signal. This speed signal is sent again to the CPU2.
