Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a life-saving litter with excellent anti-shock property, support therewith the whole weight of a patient, and enable him to be evacuated easily owing to good slipperiness of its floor face by forming a floor member on which the patient is laid and walls surrounding this floor member in the form of a boat from a sack inflatable with gas in such a structure as collapsible as desired. CONSTITUTION:The overall shape of a life-saving litter concerned is formed as a boat, and a floor gas chamber 2 on which a patient A is laid and a main gas chamber 1 surrounding it are made from a rubber sack inflatable with gas. A glide board 3 of rubber is provided at the bottom face of this construction, and five angle-shaped guides 4 are formed on its rear side as stretching longitudinally, and therein three notches 40 are furnished, which allows the whole boat shape to be folded quadruply in longitudinal direction. A gas blow-in hole is provided leading to the floor gas chamber 2 and main gas chamber 1 and is connected with a gas filling device 7, and therewith the inside is filled with compressed gas. An operational pin 71 and a safety pin 70 are furnished. At the floor gas chamber 2, three belts 5 for laying the patient A fast are fixed in such places as contacting the breast, belly, and legs, wherein each belt 5 is fitted removably with a fixture 50 using a central face fastener.
