Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform an execution easily by forming an inserting path passing a building frame using a precast concrete balcony board. CONSTITUTION: A tabular sleeve positioning jig 3 projected downward is fixed to a precast concrete balcony board 1 on a building side end part lower surface. The end part of the balcony board 1 is put on a building frame, and a sleeve 7 is installed horizontally on the sleeve positioning jig 3 suspended into a mold form 6. Then concrete 9 is placed into the mold form 6, and the sleeve 7 is passed through the building frame so as to form an inserting path 10 connecting a position just under the balcony board 1 to the indoor side of a building. Thus, when the building frame is formed, the inserting path 10 can be formed easily by utilizing the balcony board 1.
