Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent electromagnetic vibration and magnetism leakage and ensure safety and improved thermal efficiency by installing at least 6 induction coils, causing 3-phase alternating current to flow via a prescribed wiring, and making additional required provisions. CONSTITUTION:Six or more electromagnetic induction coils 2 are arranged, for example, equally spaced on the circumference of a single circle, so that the practical center of the magnetic flux generated by them roughly coincides with the practical center of a body 1 to be heated. Two adjacent induction coils, for example, A1 and A2 are connected to either ones of the phases of a three-phase AC power supply, and those located symmetrically to each other, for example, A1 and A4 are connected to each other. With this arrangement, the body 1 to be heated is always attracted by the induction coils 2, and no vibration is produced even when a low frequency power supply is used. A good magnetic flux conductor 7 is also provided to prevent magnetic flux leakage. The induction coils 2 are resin-molded to ensure safety and good appearance. Heating temperature is readily controlled by using current value.
