Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify structure and to reduce the slip speed of a cam surface by a method wherein an inner cam mechanism is employed for a distribution mechanism, a distribution cam is rotatably mounted on a main shaft, and through rotation of a drive shaft, the distribution cam is rotated. CONSTITUTION:A distribution cam 86 is rotatably mounted on the end part of a shaft support member 53 coupled integrally with a motor main shaft 52, and an internal tooth gear 86a is formed to the inner peripheral part on the right side thereof. The internal tooth gear 86a is geared with the motor main shaft 52, a crank pin 54, and an external tooth gear 87a formed to the right end part a drive shaft 87 disposed in a manner to axially extend through the interior of the shaft support member 53. Usually, a worn pinion 89 is held in a static state and a rotary sleeve 86 is also held in a static state, but through rotation of a worm pinion 89 from an external part, the distribution cam 86 is rotatable. The distribution cam is formed with the distribution cam 86 and a ball bearing 85.
