Abstract:
1366832 N-sulphenyl oxime carbamates BAYER AG 22 Jan 1973 [22 Jan 1972] 3134/73 Heading C2C N-sulphenylated oxime carbamates of the general formula wherein X is S; Y is S or O; R 1 is C 2-3 alkylene optionally substituted by alkyl or aryl groups and R 2 is trihalomethyl or phenyl optionally substituted by halogen, are prepared by reacting a N-sulphenylated carbamic fluoride of general formula R 2 S-N(CH 3 )COF with an oxime of general formula in the presence of an acid binding agent, preferably a tertiary amine. Insecticidal, acaricidal or fungicidal compositions comprise, as active ingredients, compounds of Formula I above in admixture with a solid or liquefied gaseous diluent or carrier or in admixture with a liquid diluent or carrier containing a surface-active agent.
