Japanese Patent JPS4920098
Kind Code:
B1
Abstract:
1336151 Epoxy resin composition KANSAI PAINT CO Ltd 19 Oct 1970 [19 March 1970] 49627/70 Heading C3B [Also in Division D2] A composition for coating electrosensitive recording paper comprises a semi-conductive TiO 2 doped (i.e. where the impurity is introduced in predetermined amounts and forms part of the crystal lattice) with a donor impurity element selected from niobium, antimony, tantalum, molybdenum and tungsten, and an epoxy resin, e.g. a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A. The amount of donor impurity element may be 0À05-2 molar per cent to the TiO 2 . The weight ratio of semi-conductive TiO 2 to epoxy resin may be 1À5 to 10. The composition may contain an amine hardener for the epoxy resin. The composition may additionally comprise 5-80 parts of a fatty acid metal soap per 100 parts by weight of epoxy resin plus hardener, e.g. a Al, Cu, Zn, Pb, Fe, Mg, Co, Ba, Ni or Li salt of palmitic, oleic, stearic, lauric or caprylic acid. Also present may be 0À5 to 5 parts by weight of carbon black, graphite or titanium sesquioxide and/or 0À1-20 parts by wt. of Ag or Cu and/or 0À1-20 parts by wt. of GaP, GaAs, InAs and/or InSb, per 100 parts by weight of the epoxy resin.
