Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain light oils in high yields, by effecting hydrogenolysis of petroleums using a catalyst, in which a metal of groups IV a and/or VIII in the periodic table is supported on an acidic substance, in an atmosphene wherein the partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide is materially increased.
