Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a mold for extrusion molding capable of coating two different kinds of resins concurrently without reducing a strength of the mold by a method wherein a plurality of holes for heat insulation are provided with distances between the first resin molding flow channel and the second resin molding flow channel. CONSTITUTION:Respectively different resins are communicated to an extruding port 3 and are extruded from respective flow channels of a mold 2 provided with the first resin molding flow channel 1a and the second resin molding flow channel 1b to provide the first and second coating layers 8a, 8b on a steel plate 9. In this case, a plurality of holes 4 for insulation of heat are provided with distances therebetween between the first and second flow channels 1a, 1b and a proper number of metallic rods 5 are detachably inserted into any of the holes for heat insulation to insulate heat. The strength of the mold is stronger than a mold provided with a continuous space for insulating the heat approximately in a direction of a width thereof.
