Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:Phenylethanolamine derivatives of formula I (X is 1-5C alkyl, 1-5C alkoxy, H, halogen, sulfamoyl; R1 is H, 1-5C alkyl; n is 1-3; R2 is aryl, aralkyl). EXAMPLE:5-[Hydroxy-2([1,4-benzodioxane-2-yl]methylamino)ethyl]-2-methoxy- benzenesulfone amide. USE:Hypotensive agent, remedy for disorder in peripheria and stenocardia, it has activity blocking stimuli by alpha-adrenaline and beta-adrenaline. PREPARATION:A halohydrin of formula II1 (Hal is halogen) or an epoxide of formula II2 is aminated with an amine of formula III1 in an organic solvent as ethanol at room temperature or with heating to product the compound of formula I.
