Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a thermal displacement from a detected signal by providing more than two temperature sensors along single working shaft.

CONSTITUTION: The referential temperature is detected by a referential temperature sensor 24 while the temperature along the working shaft is obtained by temperature sensors 20, 22 provided along X-axis to obtain the thermal displacement in X-axis working shaft from a thermal displacement operating unit 36 on the basis of the characteristic of predetermined temperature, temperature difference-thermal displacement. Consequently the thermal shrinkage of the working machine can be obtained.
