PURPOSE: To promote vaporization of fuel and to increase the combustion efficiency of a burner by a simple structure, by installing porous rings on the bottom surface of a burner tray, in a burner which is provided with a burner tray.

CONSTITUTION: A flame cylinder 1 is provided with a fuel hole 3 in the upper part, and a flange 4 in the lower part of it, by raising the periphery of the cylinder 1 in deflective manner. In regard to a burner tray 2, an oil jetting port 9 connected with an oil feed pipe 8 is provided in the center part of the bottom 6, together with a side wall 5 to the edge of the tray, and a number of breather pores 7 to the bottom surface 6. A flange 10 is provided in the upper part of the side wall 5, and is jointed to the flange 4 of a flame cylinder 1. On the other hand, a receiver tray 11 is coaxially provided in the under part of a burner tray 2, and an oil permeable material 12 is laid on the bottom of the tray 11. Porous metal rings 13 are provided to the upper surface of the burner tray 2. With such an arrangement, kerosene oil in the burner tray 2 is dispersedly permeated into the porous metal rings 13. Because vaporization surface area is increased, vaporization of fuel is promoted, so that the combustion efficiency of the titled burner is increased.
