CONSTITUTION: The frequency of an eliminating component signal in both low- pass filter circuits FIN, FOUT is set to an oscillating frequency or over at a potential Va, and the time constant is normally about several n sec 100rsec. In the circuit like this, the voltage ripple component given with the field-through effect on the way of the progress of parasitic capacitors COD, CGS and CGO on the convergence of the Va, is eliminated or reduced with the two low-pass filter circuits FIN, FOUT, resulting in that the oscillation of the input potential Va and the output potential VO1 of an inverting amplifier is suppressed.
