PURPOSE: To obtain a titled meter which is small-sized, but absorbs a laage output, and collect an absorbed power easily as an electric output, by a constitution wherein an operating oil pressurizing pump is connected directly to the output shaft of a planet gear type torque-converter indicator, and thereby an input of a motor to be tested which drives an input shaft is absorbed, while a torque and the number of rotation are measured.

CONSTITUTION: A motor is connected directly to the input shaft 1 of a planet gear device, and a sun gear 7 is rotated with the number ns of rotation and torque Ts of the motor. Then planet gears 8 are rotated around the center line of an arm 11 and an output shaft 12, while rotating around the respective supporting shafts 10, and an output shaft 12 is rotated in deceleration. A hydraulic pump 13 connected to the output shaft is driven, and an oil, which is supplied from a low-pressure tank 29 to a high-pressure tank 28 via an oil-suction pipe 24 and compressed therein, drives an AC generator 31 via an oil motor 30. The number ns of rotation is detected by a magnetic pickup 16 and indicated in a rotation meter 36, while a load applied on a fixed ring gear 9 is detected by a load meter and the torque Ts is indicated in a torque meter 35.
