Title:
PULSATION-FREE ROTARY PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58152189
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of component parts of a rotary compressor and to make its structure compact, by disposing a pair of oscillating wheels connected together in a unitary manner with a phase difference of 180° in a pair of pump chambers formed side by side in a pump casing.

CONSTITUTION: By turning a drive shaft 7, a pump shaft 11 fromed integrally with an annular socket 12 is turned eccentrically around an axis of rotation of the drive shaft 7 by the aid of a wedge member 14 and a ball bearing 13. Resultantly, a first and a second oscillating wheels 23, 24 are turned around a support pin 45 with a phase difference of 180° while being urged onto the inner peripheral surfaces of a first and a second hollow chambers 20, 21. Further, a first and a second pump chambers 31, 38 are divided respectively into a first suction chamber 39, a first discharge chamber 40 and a second suction chamber 41 and a second discharge chamber 42 hermetically by a connecting wall 25.
