Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the wound end of a spiral spring to be set from other side of a peripheral face part without expanding it by using a cylindrical body consisting of the peripheral face part with almost the same diameter as the wound end of the spiral spring and a flange part projecting from one side of the peripheral face part. CONSTITUTION:After forming a cylindrical body 1 consisting of a peripheral face part 4 with almost the same diameter as the wound edge of a spiral spring (a), spirally wound strap, and a flange part 8 projecting from one side of the peripheral face part 4, the wound edge of the spiral spring is set from the other side of said face part 4, and subsequently a flange part 3 is formed on the other side of said face part 4.
