Abstract:

PURPOSE: To guarantee the accuracy and the justice of a test result and to enhance the reliability thereof, by a method wherein a transparent vinyl disc mentioned with necessary items is placed on a bottom plate in such a state that fixing metal fittings are pierced through and inserted into the small hole provided to the central part of said disc and fresh concrete is infiltrated from a position above the main body of a concrete sample being formed to be integrated with the vinyl disc.

CONSTITUTION: Fixing metal fittings 16 provided with a bent part 14 and a catch part 15 are pierced through the small hole provided to the central part of a transparent vinyl disc 12 mentioned with a fresh concrete filling data and a test data of a concrete sample, strength, a stamp and a construction name designated by an orderer or other necessary items and the catch part 15 is inserted into the recessed part 9 on the surface of a bottom plate 7. The main body 1 of a mold frame is placed on the step part of the bottom plate 7 so as to inlay the lower end part thereof with said step part 8 to constitute a bottomed cylindrical mold frame for a concrete sample. In this state, fresh concrete is infiltrated into the mold frame from the upper part to prepare the concrete sample integrated with the vinyl disc 12. In testing the concrete sample, the catch part 15 is cut to remove the vinyl disc 12 and a test can be carried out without troubles in any way.
